Rachel Murray / Stringer / Getty Standing at 6'3" and a muscular 240 pounds, Ukrainian-born Andrey Ivchenko is an imposing figure . Throw in the thick accent and rugged good looks , and it’s easy to see why the 47-year-old actor is a Hollywood go-to for tough guy roles. That turn continues with Season 3 of Netflix’s Stranger Things , in which Ivchenko plays a Russian KGB operative who wants to open the gate into the Upside Down—you know, that terrifying portal to an alternate dimension. “The Russians are trying to open the gate to let the monster out,” he says. “Hopper [the town’s police chief played by David Harbour] is trying to stop me, and I’m trying to stop him.” He notes that he was particularly suited for the role because his appearance and voice are similar to those of an ’ 80s-era Schwarzenegger , which brought authenticity to the nostalgia-laced series. South_agency / Getty Is it a core day or a chest day ? Ask yourself that question. If it’s core, go ahead and do your dumbbell presses on an exercise ball or on a flat bench with your feet up in the air, but don’t expect to crush your pecs and build a thicker chest . For that you need sturdy benches, appreciable weights, a reliable spotter for the barbell work, and maybe some loud music , too. Behold the following workout: It doesn’t reinvent the wheel and it probably won’t satisfy those who believe in the superiority of functional training. But it should, because it’ll serve one very appealing function: building a bigger, stronger chest . Doing them first will help ensure maximum intensity , because the muscles are fresh. Treat this as your heavy move for the day, keeping al

For the uninitiated, we need only 0.8 to 1 gram protein per kilo body weight. So if you weigh 60 kilos, you need only 55-60 grams. That rounds up to almost 10% of your daily calories. Unless you are a child, pregnant or lactating woman, you don’t need to add extra protein to your diet. Sportsmen and athletes too, need 1.5 - 2 grams per kilo of their body weight. from LifeStyle - Latest Lifestyle News, Hot Trends, Celebrity Styles & Events https://ift.tt/2JTK6pa
